Health & Fitness Journal – Plan With Me

I’ve decided to try out a health and fitness journal to see if it will help me along my current journey!

Also if anyone is wondering, each weekly section took me about 30-40 minutes to do (I did the rest of them in pen without any sketching), and I have not set up all 18 weeks yet. I’ve set up 7 so far and I’m gradually going to set up the rest as I use the journal.
